Open House from 9:30 – 11 am / Presentation begins at 10 am

 

 

Join us on Saturday October 3rd to learn more about draft Comprehensive Plan Proposals in the Lincolnia Planning District. Share your thoughts and questions with county staff and the Lincolnia Study Task Force.

 

Proposals include:

·         Lincolnia Community Business Center Opportunity Area

·         Halifax Office Park / 5250 & 5252 Cherokee Ave.

·         Plaza 500 / 6925 Edsall Road

ALEXANDRIA: Eisenhower West / Landmark VanDorn Implementation Advisory Group Meeting - 10/10/2018, 7 pm

The Eisenhower West/Landmark Van Dorn Implementation Advisory Group will hold a meeting on Wednesday, October 10 at 7 p.m. in the Cameron Station Great Room (200 Cameron Station Blvd.). The meeting will include an applicant update for the Public Storage Development Special Use Permit (DSUP2016-0006) and Coordinated Development District (CDD2018-0005) proposal for the property located at 880 S. Pickett St. as well as an overview of the Greenhill Coordinated Development District (CDD 2016-0003) proposal for six parcels located between S. Van Dorn St., S. Pickett St. and Edsall Rd.

 

Advisory Group meetings are open to the public and members of the community are encouraged to attend and participate.

Alexandria, Virginia: Potomac Yard Metrorail Implementation Work Group Meeting

The public is invited to the Potomac Yard Metrorail Implementation Work Group (PYMIG) meeting scheduled for Wednesday, September 26 from 7 to 9 p.m., at the Charles Houston Recreation Center, Pre-School Room (901 Wythe Street).

This meeting will provide Potomac Yard Metrorail Station project updates on the project design.

PYMIG is an ad-hoc committee consisting of community members and stakeholders. It serves as the primary forum for community engagement during the planning, design and construction of the Potomac Yard Metrorail Station.
