John T. Kerester -
John Kerester has realigned to residential real estate after having been active in the commercial real estate industry since receiving his first real estate Broker’s License in 1988 over thirty-five years ago in Maryland, and subsequently in Virginia and Washington, D.C. He completed his college and university studies in Economics and Fine Arts at Swarthmore College, Harvard University and Sorbonne University of Paris.
In a high-volicity market, true value is identified at the intersection of provenance and performance. He approaches real estate through a lens of Institutional Integity.
John’s Realty Investment Advisors (“RIA”) model is built for the sophisticated client who requires more than a transaction. Utilizing a sovereign, proprietary tech stack and a rigorous fiduciary governance methodology, he provides curated advisory services for residential assets in specific corridors of Southwestern Maryland, Northwestern Washington D.C., and inside the Northern Virginia beltway. He doesn’t merely facilitate a search; he governs the acquisition lifecycle of high-value estates. His practice is dedicated to providing clinical precision, surgical market risk assessment, and total privacy for high-net-worth and Institutional-scale purchases.
The RIA Model: Fiduciary Governance -
Asset Provenance: Applying academic rigor to audit the historical, structural, and market integrity of an estate.
Sovereign Negotiation: A de-platformed, de-coupled compensation model that ensures zero conflict of interest and total alignment with client goals.
Privacy Administration: Managing anonymous acquistions and high-level discretion for institutional and private clients.
