With nearly four decades of experience in real estate, Jonathon Kerester brings unmatched expertise, strategic insight, and a client-first approach to every transaction. As a seasoned broker licensed in Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C., Jonathon has successfully led leasing and land sales across the region, and managed national land portfolios in excess $225 million, in eight cities in seven states, and consistently ranking among the top performers in his field.
Jonathon began his career in real estate in 1986 and quickly rose through the ranks, earning recognition for his results-driven mindset and deep understanding of market dynamics. From his leadership, management, and ownership role at his company, Realty Investment Advisors LLC, he has built a reputation for integrity, professionalism, and delivering value to clients—whether they’re home owners, investors, developers, or business owners.
In addition to his real estate acumen, Jonathon holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Swarthmore College and has pursued advanced studies in Fine Arts at prestigious institutions including Harvard University, and the Sorbonne. His diverse academic background enhances his ability to navigate complex deals with creativity and precision.
When he’s not closing deals, Jonathon dedicates his time to triathlon training and competition—an endeavor that reflects his discipline, endurance, and drive for excellence.
